As I am sure most of you know, there has been a delay in the trial of J.C. Amato for murdering his wife Tonia. According to an article in The East Liverpool Review yesterday, (article link at the bottom of blog under important links) both attorneys agreed that it would be an "Injustice" to try this case right now in light of new evidence. My feeling is that there has already been a HUGE injustice for Tonia. Her family now has to wait some 5 months to see J.C. stand trial while he can stay out of jail, live his life, enjoy the holidays with his family and all of the things that he took away from his wife.
To me, there is already "injustice" going on here!
